The Panther Board Reverse Raffle is a great way to have fun and support the Panther Quarterback Club and just maybe, win some $money$.
Rule 1: You must be at least 18 years of age to play.
Rule 2: Each raffle ticket (number) is $50. There will only be 100 tickets (numbers) sold, so reserve your ticket quickly.
Rule 3: Ticket numbers can be reserved with payment on a first come basis. So, if you want your player's football number, your lucky number, or any other special number you need to act NOW. If your requested number is not available, a number will be randomly chosen.
Rule 4: Tickets will be drawn until only four (4) tickets remain in the barrel. The four ticket owners will come forward and may choose to split the prize or continue to draw. One negative vote will cause the draw to continue until the last ticket or until the remaining ticket owners choose to split. If the owner of a "live" ticket is not present at the dance, the remaining ticket owners will decide whether to continue the draw.
Rule 5: Winners NEED NOT be present to claim their prizes.
